What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay (processed through, PayPal and Multibanco/ATM references (this last only for Portugal).

All our payments are processed in EUR (euros), which is the default currency on our payment gateway. The prices shown in other currencies (USD/GBP) are converted based on the exchange rate defined by your bank or credit card company. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

It depends of the logistics model (Standard Shipping or Express Shipping), but normally for Portugal and Spain takes between 2 to 5 business days; for European Union takes between 2 to 8 business days and outside European Union takes between 4 to 10 business days.

Nevertheless, as soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Will I be charged any imports duties?

We ship from Portugal, from within the European Union. No import duties will be charged in the EU. For United States, for orders exceeding $800,00 USD, import duties may be due, paid to the carrier.

How to do for return or exchange?

Returns and exchanges are valid for 14 days after receiving your order, according to Portuguese law. You just have to send us an email to asking for it, mention the reason why you are returning to helps us also to improve our product/service and also it would make the process quicker.

The return or the exchange requires that the item have to be returned in its original condition, with no signs of recurring use.
