This lid is not intended to be used in combination with a normal, long straw: it is made in such a way that the water bottle is tilted so that it can be drunk, bottle-like.
This cap is also made to prevent the spillage of liquids when closed, but we cannot guarantee a complete hermetic seal as with our other caps. When carrying your water bottle with the Bottle Sport Lid take care to keep it upright, perhaps in a backpack or sports bag.
HOW CAN I CLEAN MY WATER BOTTLE?
Cleaning your 24Bottles products is easy. We recommend rinsing them with hot water after each use, especially if used to store a liquid other than water.
We also suggest regular washing: good maintenance of your 24Bottles will ensure that you can use your product for many years.
You can simply use warm water and neutral soap, or a mixture of warm water and vinegar or a teaspoon of baking soda for a more natural alternative; in fact, when used separately, they are an excellent cleaning solution and definitely more natural than dish soap.
Once washed, always leave the bottle to dry upside down and without the lid.
Small spots can appear inside your bottle as a result of continuous use, especially with coffee or black tea, but don’t worry: this won’t change the safety and durability of your 24Bottles.
